Refund and Returns Policy

1. Services and Digital Products
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of software development, maintenance, and technical services provided by Themevia Hub, we maintain a strict refund policy tailored to the type of product or service purchased.
2. Custom Development & Consulting Services
Unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), all custom development, consulting, migration, and integration services are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit or initial milestone payment signifies acceptance of this policy.
3. Hourly Service Blocks
Pre-paid hourly service blocks must be utilized within 12 months of purchase. Once used, hourly services are non-refundable.
4. Annual Maintenance & Security Plans
Refunds for our Annual Maintenance & Security Plans may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date. If a refund is approved, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months, minus a cancellation fee of $150.00 and any specific service-block hours already utilized during the active period.
5. One-Time Setup/Optimization Services
One-time services such as the WooCommerce Theme Customization Package or Advanced WordPress Speed Optimization are non-refundable once the service delivery has been initiated.
