1. Digital Delivery of Services

Themevia Hub provides software development, optimization, and technical services. Therefore, no physical goods are shipped. All deliverables and product access are handled via secure digital means.

2. Deliverable Access

Depending on the service purchased, access to deliverables may be provided via:

  • Custom Code/Plugins: Delivered as a downloadable ZIP archive, via a secure file transfer link, or directly deployed to the client’s repository (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) as specified in the project SOW.
  • Optimization Reports: Delivered as a PDF document via email.
  • Maintenance & Security Services: Activated digitally and managed through our client portal or via proactive monitoring dashboards.

3. Standard Delivery Timelines

  • One-Time Digital Products/Optimization: Typically delivered within 1–5 business days of purchasing and providing necessary access.
  • Custom Development: Timelines are specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and vary by complexity. We will provide regular milestone updates.
  • Maintenance Subscriptions: Activated within 24–48 hours of purchase, following account setup.

4. Service Blocks and Usage

Service blocks for hourly technical support are digital credits. They are tracked within our internal systems and applied to support tickets upon client approval.

5. Technical Requirements for Access

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and the necessary software/hardware to access digitally delivered files or manage your service subscription.
